This hike boasts stunning views over Milia valley, the Kolpos Kissdo bay and Geroskinos and Onihas peninsulas at Greece's north coast. It's also known under the name "Chalepa's Challenge". If done in spring, you will find yourself immersed in a sea of blooming flora, the scent of fresh greens, the sound of singing birds and the occasional shouting of mountain goats.
Follow the yellow and red marks from the car park/Milia Mountain Retreat/restaurant, then stay on the red marks for the most part of the way. Later, you can switch over to the yellow-blue marks to extend your hike for another hour, returning to Milia mountain retreat via its access road.
Don't miss the little loop in the trail's north-east, featuring a breath-taking view over the bay.
Bring water, sun protection and steady hiking shoes/boots as some climbing is involved. Don't trust the elevation data provided.
